3. Raking leaves or grass? Rake it all into your Bush Dog or Big Bush Dog. Leaves or grass empty right into your lawn bag, trash can or compost area for easy disposal.

All implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular use shall expire on the 60th day after purchase. Yard Wizards, Inc. is not responsible for incidental, or consequential damages, and its liability shall in all instances be limited to replacement, or refund of the actual product purchase price.

This warranty is only applicable in the U.S.A. (ie. The fifty states and the District of Columbia).

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from state to state.

The following conditions are not covered by the aforesaid warranty and are herein after specifically excluded, including: damage caused by improper use or maintenance, acts of God, damage from exterior storage (ie. Yard Wizards, Inc. products should be stored in a shed, basement, garage, attic, etc.), injury resulting from unintended usage.

Yard Wizards, Inc. does not reimburse shipping and handling costs, or any other cost, charges or damages of any nature, other than as aforesaid stated. Notice under this limited warranty must be received by Yard Wizards, Inc. within sixty days (from the date of purchase) along with the return of the product in issue.
